Payment Policy

waitrosea accepts secure online payments for orders placed through waitrosea.shop. The payment methods available for a specific order are displayed at checkout. Please don’t claim or display a payment method unless it is enabled in our checkout.

Currency and charges

Store prices are presented in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly displays another currency. Product price, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown before payment is submitted.

Authorization and verification

Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment. A transaction may be reviewed, declined, or canceled if it is incomplete, unauthorized, inconsistent with billing information, or flagged by fraud-prevention systems. Please contact your card issuer or payment provider regarding a declined payment or authorization hold.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify-supported checkout and enabled payment providers. waitrosea does not store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Our Refund Policy explains eligibility and timing.
